Sorry for the delay friends! I hope everyone has plenty of time to get Week One groceries bought and get to cooking! Just a reminder - you don't have to cook each meal on the day that it's scheduled, moved them around according to your schedule, your family, and what works best for you!

Keep in mind that many of these ingredients you will already have at home. The BEST thing to do before heading to the grocery store is to check off what you already have!

DESSERT OF THE WEEK: Blueberry Cheesecake

Monday: Lasagna Pasta Casserole, The Best Green Beans EVER, Olive Garden Copy Cat Salad

Tuesday: Free Night! Use this night to eat left overs (if you have any), to eat out, take a break and make your fam DIY their dinner ;) have a pizza night, etc. This night is to give you a chance to take a break, catch up, whatever you need. Schedule these nights on your busiest days, when your least likely to have time to cook! Make this night work to your advantage!

Wednesday: Cabbage Roll Casserole and Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

Thursday: Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Veggies and Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Friday: Smothered Chicken and Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Saturday: Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Pasta and Zucchini Corn Salad

Sunday: Dry-Rub BBQ Ribs, Household Fav Mac & Cheese, Sautéed Okra
