Are we there yet? I don't know about you but in my home, we are ALL ready to head back to school. I'm just plain ready for that day to day routine again, the kids are ready to socialize and well, we are just ready!
If you're like us, your kiddos backpack and lunchbox still have a lot of life left in them after this past "year" (that doesn't even sound right🤪). You know I am always looking for ways to save a buck or two and this simple backpack and lunchbox cleaning method helps do just that!
Most fabric backpacks and soft lunch boxes CAN be washed by following these simple steps below:
Empty the backpack and/or lunch box completely – open all the pockets and compartments and make sure that there isn’t anything hiding.
•Place in your washing machine and wash on gentle with a gentle detergent. I use (and love) Tide Free & Clear.
•Leave all the pockets open and hang to dry or place outside to dry in the sun.
That's it! Quick, simple and now is the perfect time to knock it out. We do this a few times a year usually, especially during cold and flu season!
